The work of this project can be summarized to include the replacement of the specified exterior
windows at the fine arts building on the Idaho State University campus in Pocatello, ID. Project
includes demolition of the existing metal windows and installation of new thermally broken windows,
consisting of insulated glazing units, and insulated spandrel panels. Existing HVAC penetration
locations will need to be maintained and addressed with the new window system. Anticipated window
installation schedule: May 18, 2026 to August 15, 2026.
Estimated Cost: $1,860,000.00
