A description of the Work of this project can be summarized to include: The demolition and renovation of the
existing College of Education Library into a Simulation Classroom, Digital Immersion Room, and Student Study
Lounge. Additional work shall include the removal and replacement of the existing mechanical ductwork and
roof top units within the concentrated space.
